This website, GetCloverLasVegas.com (the "Site"), is owned and operated by Moses Merchant Services LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). Get Clover Las Vegas is the name under which we currently market. We are a sales and consulting business; payment processing and merchant accounts are provided by third-party organizations, which may include partners we refer you to or partners we work with directly. We are not Clover Network, LLC, Fiserv, or First Data, and this Site is not an official page of Clover Network, LLC, Fiserv, or their subsidiaries or affiliated businesses. When you submit our contact form, text or call us, email us, or book a consultation, you may provide: your first and last name, email address, phone number, business name, details about your current point of sale or payment setup, your timeline, how you found us, whether someone referred you and who, and anything you write in your message. If you send us payment processing statements for a free statement analysis, we receive the information contained in those statements.
When you use the Site or submit the form, we automatically capture limited technical information to understand where inquiries come from: campaign and referral parameters in the web address (such as utm tags and referral codes), the page you arrived from, the page you submitted from, and the date and time of your submission. We do not run advertising trackers or sell browsing data.
To respond quickly, the details you submit (including your message) are processed by automated tools we operate, including artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI, to help us organize, prioritize, and draft a first reply to your inquiry. A human (Wade) reviews and handles every lead personally after that first automated confirmation. We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
We use a small set of tools to run the business, and your information passes through them as needed to serve you: Netlify (website hosting), a self-hosted automation server on DigitalOcean, Google Workspace (email, spreadsheets, and appointment scheduling), and OpenAI (as described above). These providers process information on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information.
By submitting the form with your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about your inquiry and related services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help.
The Site links to third-party websites, such as partner and social pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
We keep lead and customer records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and business record requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing Sales@GetCloverLasVegas.com. Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law (NRS 603A); you may still submit an opt-out request to the same address and we will honor it if our practices ever change.
The Site is intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
