Get Clover Las Vegas is the name under which we currently market. By using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
We are a sales and consulting business. We provide consulting, equipment setup and installation, menu builds, marketing, and ongoing support for businesses using Clover point of sale systems and payment processing. Payment processing, merchant accounts, and equipment programs are provided by third-party payment organizations and their sponsor banks, which may include partners we refer you to or partners we work with directly. We are not a bank, card network, or payment processor. We are not Clover Network, LLC, Fiserv, or First Data, and this Site is not an official page of Clover Network, LLC, Fiserv, or their subsidiaries or affiliated businesses. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Merchant accounts, processing services, and equipment financing are provided by third parties under their own agreements with you.
All processing accounts, equipment programs, and promotional offers are subject to underwriting, credit approval, and execution of the applicable processing and service agreements with the relevant providers. Nothing on the Site is a commitment that you will be approved, that specific rates will apply, or that specific savings will be achieved. Savings and fee comparisons, including any statement analysis we provide, are good-faith estimates based on the information you give us and are for informational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, or tax advice.
When you submit information through the Site, you confirm it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by phone, text, and email as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes anyone's rights.
Clover and the Clover logo are registered trademarks of Clover Network, LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names on the Site are the property of their respective owners. References to third-party products are for identification only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Testimonials and customer stories on the Site reflect individual experiences. Your results will depend on your business and circumstances and are not guaranteed.
Some installations, photographs, and customer relationships shown on the Site reflect work performed personally by Wade Moses and Angelina Moses, in whole or in part, in prior roles and under prior business relationships, including work performed before the formation of the current business. They are shown to illustrate the individual experience and capability of the people you will work with. They are not a representation that any particular merchant is a current customer of Moses Merchant Services LLC, that any pictured business processes payments through us today, or that any third party endorses us unless that endorsement is expressly stated.
The Site links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
The Site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moses Merchant Services LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, or one hundred dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
We would much rather solve a problem directly than argue about it. If something goes wrong, contact us first at Sales@GetCloverLasVegas.com and we will make a good faith effort to work it out.
If we cannot, any dispute relating to the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered in Clark County, Nevada under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Disputes will be resolved individually, and not as a class action or consolidated proceeding. If this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada will have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
